How to Order  

Method of intended Payment & Location for Shipping.

Note for Payment Using secure online payment via credit card please DO NOT send Credit Card Details via email. I will email a link with instructions for PAYPAL secure Payment methods.

I will then confirm if item is available and HOLD item for SEVEN days pending payment notification from purchaser.

If I have not received notification of Payment within SEVEN Days the item will NO longer be on HOLD and will become available for purchase to other customers.

Payment Methods

The primary Currency for all Prices is shown in GB £ Pounds Stirling. I do accept US $ & € Euros but subject to the terms detailed below.

The rate of exchange is based on the PAYPAL daily rate of exchange set by PayPal. For an exact quote please email me quoting the item number requesting either payment in US $ or € Euros.

All items are sent via Royal Mail.

All my quoted postal charges are for Recorded Royal Mail signed for delivery. All items that are sent via this service are sent Uninsured and at the purchasers OWN RISK. I am NOT responsible for items lost or damaged by Royal Mail or International Postal Services. If Insurance is required please ASK for quote. If Insured items are damaged or lost by the Postal Service I will supply certificate of posting, certificate of authenticity and tracking number for the bidder to claim for loss or damage with the relevant postal authorities.

REGISTERED DELIVERY

All items sent Special Delivery start at £4.20 for up to THREE medals.

RECORDED (UNINSURED DELIVERY)

Postage for up to TWO medals within the UK is £1.50 Uninsured Recorded Delivery.

Postage for THREE or more medals is from £2.50 Uninsured Recorded Delivery.

I AM NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM FOR ITEMS SENT UNINSURED.

International Shipping Charges

All items sent International Postage are sent INSURED AIRMAIL ONLY.

Priority Airmail with tracking is also an option

An example a single medal sent Priority Airmail (2 to 3 days delivery) to the US is approx $10 or less

Regular Insured Airmail to the US is approx $8 or less

I operate the following policy:

14 Day Return Policy

I have a 14 day no questions asked return period from receipt of the goods. If unhappy with the item in ANY WAY simply send the item(s) back and I will give a Full Refund (Minus Outward Postage Costs) NO questions asked.

Lifetime Guarantee on Originality

I guarantee that all items purchased from me to the best of my knowledge are Original and they are sold as such. I do not knowingly trade in reproduction or fake items. If an item purchased is subsequently proven to be a reproduction I will give a FULL refund on the purchase cost.

Medal Condition Codes

To assist with the description of the condition of an item I use the following codes as a general guidline to condition.

Copy = A replica re strike or imitation medal.

Renamed = Where the original recipients name has been replaced.

Poor = Scrap or relic value.

Polished = Where the medal’s features have worn through polishing.

F = Fine meaning excessively scratched marked or worn.

VF = Very Fine with no major defects but scratched or edge knocked.

GVF = Good Very Fine with minor scratching or edge knocks.

NEF = Nearly Extremely Fine and in very good condition.

EF = Extremely Fine and falling just short of mint.

Mint = In pristine condition with no scratches or blemishes
